Consistency, without hiring in-house.
A reliable, professional way to keep photo and video coming every month — assets for the website, the feed and the ad account, produced by a crew that already knows your business.

The problem
One good video a year is a decoration.
Most businesses commission a single film, use it well for a month, and then go quiet because there is nothing else to post. The feed goes back to stock images and phone photos, and the expensive piece starts to look like an exception rather than a standard.
The alternative most people consider is hiring someone. One person, one camera, one skill set, and a salary — before anyone has proven the content works.
Monthly content is the version in between: the crew, the gear and the planning, on a schedule, without hiring in-house.
Why it compounds
The third shoot is the cheap one.
By the third visit nobody is explaining the business, the crew knows where to park, which door is unlocked and who is good on camera. That time goes into the work instead of the briefing.
-
Month one: the backbone
The piece that explains what you do. Everything after it is built against that, so the library holds together instead of drifting.
-
Then: the jobs you’re proud of
Real work, on real sites, with the customer in it where they’ll agree to it. This is the material competitors cannot copy, because they weren’t there.
-
Photographs every visit
Each visit adds stills as well as footage, so the site, the job ads and the sales deck stop running on the same three pictures from two years ago.
-
A library, not a pile
After six months the point is that you have material to pull from — a back catalogue your team can reach for when something needs posting today, instead of a folder of links nobody can find.

Questions
Monthly content, answered.
01 What does a month actually include?
A shoot day (or a half day) and the edits that come out of it — typically a longer piece for the website plus short cuts for social and ads, and stills from the same day. The mix is set with you, because a contractor and a brokerage need different things.
02 We don’t know what to film every month. Is that a problem?
No. That is the part most businesses stall on, so we bring the list: the job you are proud of, the service nobody knows you offer, the new hire, the customer who will say something on camera.
03 Do you post it for us?
Publishing usually stays with you or your marketing team, and we deliver in the formats and aspect ratios your scheduler wants. If you would rather we hand off straight to an agency, that works too.
04 How is it priced?
Like everything else here: a custom quote after we know the scope, with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. Ongoing work is scoped per month rather than per project.
05 Is this cheaper than hiring someone in-house?
It is a different thing from hiring. You get a crew, the gear, the editing and the planning for the months you need them, instead of one salaried person with one camera — which is exactly why businesses in DFW use it.
