Event video production · Dallas–Fort Worth and beyond

Events don’t do second takes.

Conferences, summits, grand openings and seminars documented with polish and energy — then cut into the highlight reel, the sizzle and the internal comms you actually asked for.

The moment

The room empties, and then what?

You spend months and a serious budget getting people into one place. Two days later they are back at their desks and everything that made the room worth the money — the keynote, the handshake, the energy on the floor — exists only as a memory and some phone photos.

Event coverage is the only part of the budget that outlives the event. It is also the only part you cannot redo. Nobody reshoots a ribbon cutting.

How we work

Plan the edit before the day.

A crew that turns up to “get some footage” brings back footage. We decide which cuts the day owes you first, and then work backwards to where the cameras stand and who we pull aside.

  1. Walk the venue

Where the light is, where the power is, where the moment will actually happen, and what the run of show says. This is why a grand opening does not turn into a room full of backs of heads.

  2. Name the deliverables

Highlight reel, sizzle, session record, internal comms piece, vertical clips for the feed. Each one changes the coverage on the day.

  3. Catch the people, not just the stage

Short interviews between sessions are what make an event film feel like it mattered. Stage footage alone never does.

  4. Cut to the deadline

Internal comms usually want it first and the marketing cut can follow. We schedule the edit against your calendar, not ours.

Questions

Event coverage, answered.

01 What kind of events do you cover?

Corporate conferences and summits, grand openings, training seminars, city-led initiatives, sports and concerts — and milestone events for clients who want them documented properly.

02 How many people do you bring?

It depends on the room and what has to be captured at once. A single stage with interviews between sessions is different from a facility opening with three things happening in parallel, and we size the crew at the walkthrough rather than guessing.

03 When do we get the video?

Tell us the deadline before the day and we plan the edit around it. Most corporate work lands within one to three weeks; if you need something sooner for a specific post or an internal meeting, say so at the kickoff so we shoot for that cut.

04 Do you record the keynote in full, or just highlights?

Either. A highlight reel and a full-session record are two different jobs on the day — audio feed, camera positions, coverage — so we need to know which ones you want before doors open.

05 Can you interview attendees while the event runs?

Yes, and it is usually the strongest material you get. Pulling people aside between sessions gets you the reactions no stage camera can capture.
