The moment

“Honey, this is the one.”

Those are the four words every Realtor hopes buyers will say. But before anyone steps inside a home, they have already decided whether it is worth seeing. In this market your listing has seconds to capture attention before buyers scroll to the next one.

Before we ever press the shutter, we walk every property with a marketer’s mindset. We identify the home’s strongest selling points, evaluate the best angles, and build a plan that showcases what will capture buyers’ attention first.

And then we get it back to you fast enough to matter. Photos in 36 hours or less, or they’re on us — because a listing that goes live on Thursday instead of Tuesday has already lost its first weekend.

The shoot

What comes back.

  • Twilight exterior of a brick North Texas home with the lawn and windows lit
  • Open-plan kitchen photographed with hand-blended HDR, island and pendant lights even throughout
  • Daylight exterior of a modern white-brick home under a clear Texas sky
  • Warm kitchen interior with marble counters, shot for a listing
  • Board-and-batten farmhouse at dusk with the entry light on
  • A Media Depot photographer setting up outside a listing at golden hour

Photography

Hand-blended HDR interiors and exteriors, twilight shots for the hero image, and detail frames for the parts of the house that sell it. Delivered web-sized and print-sized.

Video, drone and headshots

Cinema-grade walkthroughs cut for the listing and for social, aerials that show the lot and the street it sits on, and an agent headshot done on site while we are already there.

Case study

A builder who didn’t want to spend it.

In his words

“Right after we got those videos together and posted those videos, I sold two of my lots out here in Highland Meadow subdivision for 85 grand a piece. And also I built a house on them, too.”

Questions

Listings, answered.

01 How fast do photos come back?

Photos are delivered in 36 hours or less, or they’re on us. That is the whole guarantee — no asterisk about peak season.

02 What is in a standard listing shoot?

Hand-blended HDR photography, and from there you add what the property needs: cinema-grade video, drone, twilight exteriors and on-site agent headshots.

03 Why hand-blended HDR instead of a single exposure?

Because windows matter. Blending exposures by hand keeps the view outside and the room inside both correctly lit, instead of blowing out the glass or leaving the room muddy.

04 Do you fly drones on listings?

Yes — aerials are an add-on to any listing shoot, and on acreage or a property with a view they are usually the shot that sells it. We check the airspace over the address before the shoot; the details are on the drone and aerial page.

05 Can you shoot my headshot while you’re at the listing?

Yes. On-site agent headshots are part of this service, and doing them at a property you already have booked saves a separate session.

06 Do you work with builders and developers, not just agents?

Yes — community flyovers, model homes and brand films for builders are regular work. Highland Homes and O’Brien Custom Homes are both on this page.
