A customer at Lake Texoma tells the story of a lit-countertop install — the third piece in an ongoing run for one electrical contractor.

This one is a customer telling the story instead of the company. He explains how he came to hire Top Notch — his own crew met them on site first and told him to go and meet the boss — and what the finished work looks like.

The install itself is the kind of detail nobody outside the trade notices until it is explained: getting light to behave inside a countertop. On camera, that is a specific, memorable piece of craft. In a brochure, it is a bullet point.

It is also the third piece we have made for the same contractor, after a commercial and a hiring film. That is what an ongoing run of content looks like: one business, different jobs, one crew that already knows the site.
