Hygge Homes & Land opens its doors in Sherman: agents and guests on camera, chamber ambassadors in the halls, and the ribbon cutting out front.

A grand opening happens once, and most of what makes it good is people talking to each other. This film comes from the day Hygge Homes & Land opened its doors in Sherman, with the Sherman Chamber of Commerce on hand.

We worked the rooms while guests arrived — handshakes at the door, chamber ambassadors in their red sashes, agents waving from the hallway — and pulled people aside for short interviews between it all.

It ends outside with the ribbon cutting and the whole crowd behind the banner, then closes on the brokerage’s own line: it’s untranslatable, you simply have to experience it.
